The community problems are prioritized utilizing the Maglaya Scale Prioritization Tool. The four results from this method paved the way for the finalization of identified health and health-related problems to be focused on.
IMPROPER SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
General Objective:
To increase the practice of proper solid waste management of the residents of Barangay Pasobolong from 40% to 75% by 2024.

Specific Objectives:

To increase the knowledge of the people on proper solid waste management in Barangay Pasobolong to 100% by 2024.

To increase the number of households practicing proper waste segregation from 39% to 75% by 2024.

To increase the number of households practicing proper waste disposal 40% to 75% by 2024.
INCREASED NUMBER OF UNVACCINATED DOMESTIC DOGS
General Objective:
To increase the number of vaccinated dogs from 39% to 70% in Barangay Pasobolong by 2024.

Specific Objectives:

To increase the knowledge on rabies prevention and control, and responsible pet ownership in Barangay Pasobolong by 2024.

To increase the practices on responsible pet ownership specifically on routine dog vaccination from 8% to 70% in Barangay Pasobolong by year 2024.
INCREASED NUMBER OF UNCONTROLLED HYPERTENSIVES
General Objective:
To increase the number of individuals with controlled hypertension from 22% to 80% in barangay Pasobolong by the 2024.

PRESENCE OF OPEN DEFECATION
General Objective:
To achieve zero open defecation by the year 2024 among permanent residents in Barangay Pasobolong.

Specific Objectives:

To decrease the number of households with no toilet facility from 27 households to 0.

To increase the knowledge on zero open defection and proper sanitation among residents of Pasobolong.

To increase the number of households practicing zero open defecation from 95% to 100% by the year 2024.
